In a steadfast commitment to provide Real Development, Real Growth and Real Impact to SMME’s, YANDA Consulting is thrilled to announce that they have entered a groundbreaking partnership with Signa Opportunity, a Subsidiary of Signa Group.

This partnership enables access to resources for SMME’s within the YANDA database. This in the form of graduates provided by Signa Opportunity for 12months at no cost through the Youth Employment Service (YES) programme, also known as YES4Youth.

This collaboration is a partnership between two passionate entities looking to make an indelible impact. Where YANDA Consulting champions SMME’s by delivering tailor made, innovative and strategic solutions, with intentions to create sustainable impact for small businesses. Signa Opportunity leverages the YES initiative to create long-term sustainable economic participation of South Africa’s youth. This through a differentiated approach that is focused on absorption of youth into permanent employment.

The work done in Enterprise & Supplier Development Programs (ESD), has exposed YANDA Consulting to the challenges faced by SMME’s on a daily basis. Human Resource being an integral component for growth, yet one that most businesses cannot afford. A barrier that continues to contribute to the failure of viable businesses in South Africa.

Through this partnership with Signa Opportunity, and YANDA Growth Consulting is able to expand their role as suppliers of ESD Support. This to now being able to grant SMME’s access to the human resources that they need. All the while, providing employment and changing the lives of South African youth.
